The Weasley's are camping in the Gryffindor Common Room, and Fat Lady is, er, unable to fulfill her duties. This means until we manage to sort her out, people from all the houses can visit the Common Room. Just wink at her and she'll let you through.
To stop all the visitors causing too much of a commotion, the Gryffie staff have arranged for a heap of contests and a free raffle to keep everyone entertained. So get yourself down there and join in the fun.
