The waves lapped at Lea's feet as she stabbed her spear into the sea; the fish were plentiful, which she attributed to her prayers last night. Like her mother before her, Lea had to provide for her family and, with the strict regulations against hunting outside of the designated water sources, she was finding it increasingly difficult to bring home dinner each night. With the sun beating down upon her bronzed skin, she collected her treasure and started walking back to the one-room shack where her family waited. The walk, though short in length, felt like it was dragging as she wondered if there would ever be more to her life than fishing and cooking.

Okay, here goes!

Geography - Elyanmandia is an island which originally was a caldera... It is surrounded by volcanic peaks which gently slope into the ocean with black sand beaches. The interior has a thin ring of pine-like trees in shades of blue, which opens up into a large undulating plain of deep grass.

Society - The people here are nomadic, traveling across the plain randomly. They are separated into many separate bands, each with its own head chief. There are also a select group within each band who venture to the surrounding beaches to dive for food, seaweed, which they weave into cloth, and pearls. There are also bands of warriors who hunt the indigenous fauna, which consists of many birds, lizards and the large Karantagua (the Karantagua resembles a bizarre combination of the Earth’s elk and Komodo dragon) for its meat and supple leather hide, which they also use for clothing.

Law –Everyone works together for the good of everyone. There is an annual meet-up of all the bands so that trading, socializing, and weddings can take place. This is also the time when a high council of leaders is elected to make new laws as they are needed. There is one very serious law for all: No one must leave the island.

History - These people only know they have been here since a time long forgotten. This island was given to them by the Sky gods to escape their ancestral homeland, which used to be a moon. The people can still see six moons in the night sky which slowly pass over them in an elliptical orbit.

Inhabitants – The people of Elyanmandia are a tall, strong race. They all have yellow eyes and tawny hair, though now and then, a child is born with black hair, which immediately designates them as a shaman. The Elyanmandians also have a surprisingly pale skin, which his resistant to the sun and wind. Their eyes are slanted and are shadowed with a thick fringe of lashes. There is no hair on their bodies below their heads and the men have no facial hair either.

Technology – Their technological advancement is limited to their hunting weapons, cooking utensils, dwellings, and boats. They have no real technology and have no need of it.

Religion – Each band has at least one shaman whose job is to guide the people in the way of the Sky Gods. They also are responsible for the rituals which bring the young into their adulthood and marriages.

Food – The people eat well on Elyanmandia. They harvest the bounty of the ocean and feast on the indigenous fauna. There is also a bush that grows rampant on the plains: the Sini. This plant bears a veritable treasure trove of a berry with a nutty interior. The whole thing is edible. It can be eaten together, separately or brewed into a variety of different beverages.

Transportation – They walk, they swim, and they have boats. They have no need of anything else. A few of the more daring have tried to tame the Karantagua, but so far no luck.

Culture – The Elyanmandian culture is a nomadic one. They have no real alphabet for writing, but a few pictographs etched on leather scrolls, keeps them reminded of their ways and traditions they excel in making beautiful garments with decorations of pearl, shell, scales, bones, stones, feathers and teeth. There is bartering of items, but no actual currency. They also make wonderful instruments. Most of their possessions are utilitarian, but beautifully crafted and decorated, even their weapons.

Tradition – Their traditions involve mostly the way the live and hunt. They never stay in any one campsite for more than two months, for this would tax the environment. They also traditionally believe in never killing a female Karantagua when she is with young.

Belief Systems – They have a belief in the almighty power of the Sky Gods. They also believe in a lesser pantheon of deities which inhabit the sea, the woods and the plains. In their theological beliefs, there is also credence in that the Sini bush has a soul. All souls go to inhabit one of the six remaining moons.

Locale – They are not aware of any other humans in the immediate local of Elyanmandia. The only thing around them is the pure sparkling waters of the ocean. However, there is legend of other islands out there, somewhere beyond the horizon.

Housing – Being a nomadic people, their housing is such that it can be easily be assembled and transported. Picture a large umbrella-like structure with hanging walls made of woven seaweed and a rood of hide. Inside they are divided into sleeping quarters, a cooking area, and an area for socializing and crafting. The outside is decorated in individual designs made by the dwellers. When collapsed the abodes resemble long pods which can be dragged easily over the grass expanses. Beautiful and portable, they are the perfect housing for the Elyanmandians.

Kartaris
When I say “ man I mean these people believe that sex and gender is the same, wen I say “woman” I mean these people believe gender and sex is the same: I don’t agree, but these people are the descendants of sailors and pirates from the 15th century and quite closed-minded

The island of Kartaris is a hidden one: around it the sea seems to always storm, and the waves crash high against gigantic angry rocks which make even the most talented captain fear for his boat. The island itself is hidden by high rocks which are close to it but leave a big strip of water between the island and the stones. The big rocks shield the island from the storm, making the strip’s water called Ris, calm and peaceful compared to the outside. The island doesn’t get very hot and the Ris freezes over in the winter. On its shore there are pebble beaches and rocks. The land itself consists mostly pine tree forests.
The island is small, but big enough for 3 villages: they call themselves the Norma, Di and Fe. Each village has two leaders, which are equally powerful, unless one is a woman, in which case she is less powerful than the man. People here mostly live in wooden huts with their families, when a couple gets married, they move into a free hut or build a new one. Woman are less here. A woman can only live in a house if a man also lives in it (even if they don’t identify as male) That means only widows with (what they see as) male children can stay in their cuts, if they only have daughters they must marry again or move back with their families. If two women want to live together, they need another man or boy live with them. Two “men” however can live together, however their relationship must be hidden if romantic, as these people are mostly disgustingly narrow-minded. Hunting, fishing and trading are the main way of living, and there are a few huts that are scrambled further away from the otherwise tight-knitted villages.
The storm confused ships and made many crashes into the rocks. A few rescued themselves onto the islands, others found their way through them to Ris and couldn’t get back out. The inhabitants are their descendants, and as many of them were sailors, thereby the discriminating and having narrow-minded way of thinking in that time-period, especially concerning woman. As technology improved people got lost in the storm even less than before, until people stopped stranding there after the 15th century- thereby, technology and way of thinking are not more modern than the middle ages. It used to be just one, slowly growling settlement, especially as arriving people were mostly not woman. It was ruled by three elected men, until they had a fight and moved to different sides of the island, creating different villages with their followers.
Religion and beliefs are the same in each village: they believe in pirate myths, sailors’ superstitions and sorts (ghosts, sirens) but mainly believe their one god is a giant kraken that chooses who is allowed to be rescued from the sea and saved them all onto the island. They called the kraken Karta, and they don’t kill octopi/octopuses when fishing, and if one washed up dead on the shore, they burn it and put the ashes back into the sea, if done that way it’s a sign of good luck

A married woman promised woman or girl must wear a headband that is “gifted “to her by her husband, and every man, when he comes of age, builds a boat as a sign of manhood. They don’t intend to visit the other villages, so they have no other means of transportation.

Geography – an island, large with pale green sand, and palm trees. The island is hilly, with flowering plants spread out around the perimeter. There is good soil for planting, and plenty of wood and vines in a jungle in the interior of the island. There is a river running through the island that carries fish and fresh water for drinking.

Society – a hunter-gatherer society where the some plant food or fish, and some hunt for meals depending upon your ability. It is a society of equality where status is earned by your ability to provide for your family, and your quality as a person, whether you act honorably or not.

Law – a tribal society with a council of elders who decide upon the affairs of the village. Anyone may speak to the council to resolve a dispute and the council listens to the facts before rendering a decision. When an elder dies, they will be replaced by the person who is the wisest in the village by general consensus.

History – an ancient civilization, began as a nomadic society of explorers which split from the primary group who wanted to continue on, and settled on the island. They built homes and had children there and created a farming and fishing community. The land had to be cleared for planting and so a patch of forest was removed for fields. This forest was by the river and so the soil is good all around. They built houses out of the wood from the cleared trees, and fashioned weapons for defense against the wilderness out of the wood as well. The society grew and flourished. At the beginning, bloody fights would break out between feuding parties, and cause chaos for the tribe. To prevent violence and suffering, the council of elders was created, to settle disputes.

Inhabitants – A peaceful people with fair skin and dark hair. They are generally kind and generous to others although a stranger must earn respect and trust before being welcomed into inner circles. Family is important to these people and many tribes are fully related by blood or marriage. Marriage is used to unite tribes.

Technology – primitive technology. No guns, mainly knives and traps. Canoes are the main form of transportation. Use of fire for lighting. No shoes. Use of rope and vines for climbing.

Religion – Lunar calendar of worship –see belief systems

Food- mainly seafood based diet along with various plant based products including berries and root vegetables. Other land based proteins as they are found.

Transportation- boats and walking are the two most common forms of transportation. There are makeshift carts for transporting goods across land but the most popular form of transportation is canoe.

Culture- water based sports such as swimming and diving are popular forms of entertainment. Various team based activities are used as teaching tools. Children are encouraged to explore nature and learn for themselves.

Tradition – Various festivities, feasts, sports, weddings mainly on lunar events such as full moons.

Belief Systems – general belief in something above controlling what happens around us. Lunar calendar of worship, belief in god to control the rain and sun, and to pray to for good hunting. Moon phases an important part of life. The moon as an object of worship as it controls the tides. Eclipses seen as special/ good or bad omens

Locale- located in Eastern North America. Forests, lakes, mountains, trees, rivers.

Housing- tree houses are built, some very elaborately, so as to not waste precious farming space. Some houses are connected by rope bridges or ladders. Large trees are valued because they have room for large families.

Emberlion Kingdom:

Geography - It's a hilly region, but the area is well-paved in stone. There's a castle at the highest peak of the city. There is a lot of greenery surrounding the city. To one side is a large hill, though not as tall as the one the castle is on. There's an inn up there and forest behind that. The forest leads to small villages and other monarch-ruled lands. The rest of the land around the city is of lower elevation than the city is. There is farmland, where the farmers work and live with their families. There on the last side is a large lake.

Society - Monarchy with reliance upon farming, the lake, and magic.

Law - The kingdom has guards that handle patrols, arrests, the dungeons, and "vs the Kingdom" trials. The more important or recent the point of trial, the higher ranking guard will be assigned. The less important ones or "re-opened" cases are given to whoever is there. Trials between more than 1 "non-Kingdom" party will be handled by King Emberlion himself. People get arrested for serious crimes only, petty crime gets a fine or a warning depending on if it is a repeat crime. That doesn't mean that every arrest is a fair one. Most prisoners get sent to the dungeon, but the more dangerous ones get sent to secret locations. While these locations are actually just other places within the castle, the public is given the impression that they are remote locations.

History - They say the kingdom is old as dirty, but anyone who knows that culture progresses knows that that can't be true. As far as the age of monarchies go, though, this one is pretty old. The kingdom is older than its name. It's named after whoever is ruling it. Before the Emberlions it was the Everfrees, before them it was the Nineans. Before that? No one really knows. Maybe they were the founders. It is known that they ruled for at least a few centuries before the Everfrees revolted and won. The Everfrees successfully ruled for several generations until an only child bore no heirs. This was Alec Everfree. A young noble whom Alec had taken under his wing was the one to inherit the throne. This noble, Benjamin Emberlion was the first of the Emberlions.
Kings have often had magical advisors and occasionally have been the ones with magic. The current king, King Jacob Emberlion, is rather the adventurous sort. He even nearly died on one of his adventures! When he was younger and more restless, he would sneak in guard duty, especially when there were reports of bigger crimes, what he deemed worth investigating. One night there was a mana bust. Mana is only meant to be used for mages when they feel drained of energy or unwell. For the magic-less, it is akin to a drug. Jacob, disguised as a guard, had tracked the leader down an alley only to end up being the one cornered. Thankfully Jacob's magical advisor, Agatha, had been following him. Agatha stepped in and saved him. She tried to lecture him later, but she wasn't much of one to lecture and he had enjoyed himself. He ended up giving her the title of "Savior of the King", not that she often used it. She preferred to just be "Agatha". At the very least, Jacob took this event as a reason to marry and have children before he could die without an heir.

Inhabitants - Most live in the city working technical jobs (grocer, smithy, engineer, baker, cleaner, maintenance, etc.), some are obviously guardsmen, the mages often sell their magical services, the farmers work their land and sell their crops, the nobles take on artistry and performance, the royals rule. You're more likely to be a mage if you have magical lineage, but magic works in mysterious ways and will ultimately find its way to whoever it wants to. No one of Emberlion Kingdom lives in poverty, but that is not because it doesn't exist. Those who live in poverty cannot afford to be in the kingdom. The inhabitants of Emberlion live a relatively sheltered life. They know that bad things happen, but it seems inconsequential to them. They get the toned down version of crime, the more serious ones are usually politically driven or not announced/turned into rumor.

Technology - Basic sewage. It drains to a central location within the hills of Emberlion where mages do routine magical disposals. Windows and doors have hinges to open and close them. Quills and ink for writing, rope for handcuffs, cutlery is made from metal, etc. Mages take care of anything more fancy than that. However, engineers are sort of a new work force, so who knows what they'll come up with!?

Religion - Judaism. All mage spells are based on Hebrew. Religious origins for the region came from the Ninean rule. Despite their rule ending, the religion did not, being well in place already. Not everyone is religious, but that's okay.

Food - Farmers grow crops and raise cattle. They sell directly to other farmers, visitors, and passerbys. They also make trips into the city to sell to grocers and bakers. Their religion tells them to leave the corners of their fields untouched for those who may need it. Water comes from the lake. Grocers sell big jugs of it at the luxury of the buyer not having to take the trip to get it. It is said that the Agatha of legend really liked sandwiches.

Transportation - Travel is by foot or horse if you can afford one (or dragonling if you can tame one without dying). Mages can teleport.

Culture - There are many religious holidays and festivals. As the nobles are the ones to take on the arts, it is a booming field. They have much time to dedicate to it. Despite the dependence on mages, there is a level of distrust and wariness that non-mages have toward them. Some, like Agatha, are well respected enough not to face that, but it is an issue, especially from guards. There is a social hierarchy. Most are born into their ranking, but it is not impossible to rise above one's status. Royals marry for love, but they don't often meet those outside of noble status or royals from other monarchies. Young royals are privately taught, but all other youngsters are taught together. The school is near the farmer's entrance because they made a stand that their children deserved to have easy access to school.

Tradition - - Mainly derived from Judaism. Of course, Emberlion has its own celebrations in honor of past kings and heroes. Also mages get 2 days of rest instead of one as magic takes a lot of energy.

Belief Systems - This is also wrapped up in religion. The religious believe strongly in survival first. To love one's neighbor is also important. Looking out for others is a given. Though far less people are religious than in the days of the Nineans.

Locale - Plenty of visitors come to Emberlion, whether it is to seek audience with the king, as a stopping point on their journey, to visit old friends, or to participate in festivities or holidays. Larger wildlife (especially wolves) is really only an issue for farmers, but the guards help with that. Dragons are very rare, preferring to stay near volcanoes, which there aren't any of near Emberlion. Dragolings, on the other hand, are a pretty common pest. Mages and guards often need to team up to handle them. Otherwise, the city normally just sees birds and small animals. The only people with pets are the ones who need the assistance.

Housing - Obviously the royals live in the castle and their (paid!) servants have quarters there. If the servants have families, they typically prefer to live with them, so there is an area of Emberlion close to the castle where they tend to live. The castle is at the highest and most central part of the city. Housing and other builds cascade down, right down to the city walls. Nobles have villas or mansions depending on their preferences. Middle class tends to have separate buildings for their work that they share with others in their field. Lower class will work right from home. As no one is below the poverty line, everyone is housed. Farm houses tend to be humble.

Landing on the island of Litra was thrilling for Jenna, she had been trying for years to find this place. As the boat’s crew searched the shoreline for a good place to dock, she reviewed what she had learned about the island.
There were less than 100 people who living on the island, and from what she could tell all were employed by BiblioT. Supplies were brought in weekly, Jenna had been tracking the timing of the supply ship thanks to a tip from a former crew member on the ship.
Litra was completely corporate owned and from sat-images she knew that a single building dominated the landscape, the inhabitants must bunk inside the building itself. Recreational facilities, if there were any, must be inside – although someone could walk outside if they wanted a different view.
A member of the boat’s crew swore in his god’s name, upset as the boat’s hull scraped against one of the many rocks hidden under the waves. Jenna wondered if the people of Litra had any god other than BibloT, certainly the company had a god-like power over their lives out here. From what she could tell, based on a variety of sources and half-understood hints and clues discovered by herself and others, once you were hired by BiblioT, you worked for them for the rest of your life. Several employees were listed as active well past retirement age. Did they love their jobs so much, or did they not have an option?
She gathered her supplies; a small bag filled with clothing, energy bars, and water. Because she did not know if her technology would work in the building, she had brought more mundane information storage: a notepad and pencil.
“Hoy!” Jenna heard from the ship’s deck, “we’re anchored, sending the dingy!”
She took a deep breath, and picked up Andar’s picture, “I’m on my way,” she said quietly to Andar’s image, before tucking it into her bag.
“Coming!” she shouted as she moved to the hatch to climb on deck. The world’s largest Library was waiting.

Geography- Valley Island is named after it's geography. It has a lot of elevated areas counteracted with valleys. It is a very sandy and dry island located near the equator.

Society- Valley Island has a society has a set of moral expectations between good acts being approved and evil acts being disapproved of. Men and woman on this island are treated equally and all economic needs are also spread across equally. Geography: Mystice is a city in a beautiful, lush valley, surrounded by tall, towering mountain ranges as far as the eye can see. A constant layer of clouds covers the peaks, although an occasional ray of sun finds its way through. The beautiful city made of spiraling white, intricate towers and grand crystal monuments expands into the sprawling tunnels inside and beneath the mountains.

Society and Food: The city has a steady water supply from the clean, cold springs that come from melted snow. Most of the valley is covered in farmland, so the citizens of Mystice also have a steady food supply. However, there are no cattle, only free roaming animals, since the people of Mystice don't believe in killing and eating other animals.

History: Lore says that the people of Mystice once lived in the outer world, but a great darkness began to spread so the ancestors searched for a safe place. Finally, they found the valley and it was protected from the outside by the nearly insurmountable mountains. Over time, they began to build and expand the city. When they ran out of space above ground, they started constructing buildings under and inside mountains.

Inhabitants: The inhabitants of Mystice call themselves vallisers. Most of them are tall and slender, with distinct pointed ears. The distinct thing about vallisers is that their veins are clearly visible. The color of one's veins is determined randomly at birth, with some colors rarer than others. Nobody is sure why veins are distinctly different shades, but some speculate it's a sign of how talented the child is, while others believe that it simply is just random or genetics.

Law: There is a strict social structure in Mystice, based on the color of one's blood. Green is the most common color and is associated with farmers, construction workers and other every day workers. This is the lowest class. Those with gold blood are a little rarer, and usually take jobs that require more years of training, such as teachers, doctors, and scientists. Only around four or five in every generation have blue blood, and they become the government officials, living a pampered, sheltered life in the palace while learning about the law and workings of the city as they grow up. Every once in a blue moon, there is a valliser born with the ability to change the color of their blood at will. Those with that power keep themselves hidden, because the royals consider that a threat to their power and eliminate any suspects.

Religion and Belief Systems: Vallisers believe that you are reborn again after death, your blood color depending on how good you were in your former life, and use that thought to justify people being placed into castes by birth.

Tradition: Every morning, one honored valliser climbs the nearby hill overlooking the city and rings the bell, waking up the morning.
Transportation: Mostly, vallisers walk and haul carts by themselves, as they don't believe in using animals for their work or food.

Culture: Vallisers love beautifying the things around them. It isn't uncommon to see the elf-like creatures walking around with beautiful necklaces and bracelets, made of the smooth pebbles found underground. Vallisers also enjoy putting on plays, especially of the dramatic story of how their ancestors escaped the rising darkness and discovered Mystice.

Locale: No valliser has dared to venture out of the valley, in fear of finding the world covered in darkness. Most believe that they are the only living things left in the world, but others hope that there might be other oases like theirs were creatures found sanctuary.

Housing: True to their love of the beautiful and mystical, the buildings in Mystice are made to be grand and enchanting. Tall, crystal towers spiral into the air and intricate architecture can be found at every turn. Despite their outward appearances, valliser dwellings are relatively simple on the inside, containing only what is necessary and a few decorations (flowerpots, etc).

Technology: Vallisers have found ways of harnessing the strong wind that blows at the peaks of the mountains to help them in their tasks, carving out mountains and creating tall structures with ease.

Transportation: Since they don't need to travel far, most vallisers walk. To get around underground though, there are underground railroads powered by the wind.

They are extremely fond of necklaces and that they collect and might put even 20 on at the same time. The more colourful and shiny, the better. None of them have shoes, because they don't need them.

Technology

People there have advanced technology with flying futuristic cars, glass houses and only a touch of a button away from everything they need or want. Hologram computers and phones to carry around everywhere with them just in one small chip placed in their hand. Their houses will clean themselves.

Transportation

They move from one place to another with their flying cars, but for some more prestige ones have also been gifted with the gift of teleportation. There is also a super fast flying train for planet inhabitants who choose public transport. It can cross the entire planet with just an hour. Walking for a long distance or staying outdoors for long period of time can become dangerous, so they can only use previously stated transportation.

Culture

They have their own traditional dances and they like doing art and theatre plays. They have their own language and write in cuneiform. They write their history and knowledge, but no fiction or anything else, just the important things. They have their own palace for all the writings, where these are displayed.

Geography
Kaaden is located in a big, deep underwater lagoon with rocky hills and is encompassed by a crescent atoll for protection. Sandy meadows span the entrance of the atoll and seaweed woods border on both sides. There are several underwater geysers spread around the atoll which bring warm water and make the overall climate more mild.

Society
The people of Kaaden are hunters and farmers. They hunt for fish, farm algae, clams and starfish. Their tribe is lead by an elected chieftain.

Law
All matters are brought before the chieftain who decides in each case. He has a group of advisors who all represent a different group of the tribe. In the rare case of someone harming the tribe and its people in any way they are considered not worthy living in Kaaden anymore and are cast out. Depending on the gravity of their crime they are allowed to come back after a certain amount of time if they manage to survive in the wilderness of the sea until then to prove their worth again.

History
In the early days the people inhabiting this world were nomads. Tension between such a large group was inevitable and eventually they split up. Some tribes still live the nomad live, others such as the people of Kaaden settled down and adapted to their new lifestyle.

Inhabitants
The distinctive feature of the people of Kaaden are their long fishtails and webbings between their fingers. Their skin is leathery and varies in shades of green, their hair is thick, long and dark. They avoid violence unless necessary for protection against outside forces, are loyal and mistrust outsiders.

Technology
Their technology is simple. They make tools out of stone, seashells, fish bones and teeth. Their weapons are knives and spears made out of the same materials.

Religion
They worship The Mother of the Sea, an octopus goddess believed to look out for them and provide them with food and living domiciles and protects them from natural disasters. Sisters of The Mother are priestesses who have a strong connection to their goddess. They are blessed in reading signs in nature as Her will and interpret and communicate those wishes or warnings to the people.

Food
They eat what the sea provides and what they farm: Varieties of fish, clams, mussels, starfish, sea urchins, and algae.

Transportation
Their fishtail makes them great swimmers and their strength makes them persevering. They don’t need any other form of transportation.

Culture
Their language is complex and a combination of spoken language and gestures.
The octopus is a holy animal and its ink is used for tattoos which serve as an expression of their religion or as symbols of protection.
They have coming of age festivities and feasts after successful huntings.

Tradition
Once a child reaches the age of eight a holy ceremony is held where the children pledge their life to The Mother and vow to live their lives in Her will. As a symbol of their believe they craft a necklace with eight emblems on it. Each of those emblems represent a prayer to The Mother, for example a pearl for fruitful harvests or a small spearhead for fortunate hunts. Every year a new emblem is added.

Belief Systems
See Religion. In addition to that Kaadens believe that what you reap is what you sow. They try to live in harmony with nature and each other.

Locale
Other settled down tribes live days worth of travel away. Nomads occasionally roam the lands and stop by to trade goods. Plenty of fish swarms and sharks, wide sand fields, seaweed forests and algae meadows, geysers and underwater mountains.

Housing
They live in simple accommodations made out of stones, mud, seaweed ropes and extrusive rocks found around the atoll. Some accommodations are caves dug into the stone of the atoll.

Geography - Netsirk is a bountiful continent with a lot of rain and many plants and animals. However, this planet is relatively flat with only one mountain which can be found in the absolute center. This is the source of all water as the rain flows from this source.

Society - The people of Netsirk do not have a formal government. Most decisions are made through sport. When a conflict occurs, they decide the outcome through various competitions where each side sends a representative.

Law - Similar to the above, they decide the fate of those who do wrong by having battles or sport competitions. The accused must either represent themselves of find someone on their side to fight on their behalf.

History - This continent has been around for millions of years, slowly growing as the water recedes and the temperatures increase.

Inhabitants - The people of this island are the main inhabitants. They are a tall tribe of people and are very close to nature.

Technology - There is no technology on this continent. It is a very primitive and rural area.

Religion - They worship the mountain in the center of the continent. There are keeps of the Mountain that protect the water source from anything that would do it harm. Everyone in their life visits the mountain and travels to the top to drink from the natural water source before they become a true adult.

Food - They hunt small game and gather on this continent. There are no animals bigger than the humans who live on it.

Transportation - Since there are no larger animals, the people must walk wherever they need to go.

Culture - The have a simple language and communicate often through body language. They value silence and showing their strength through honor, helping others, and competing for what you believe in.

Tradition - The biggest tradition is going to the top of the mountain before they become an adult.

Belief Systems - They believe in fairness and value the strength of a person.

Locale - The inhabitants have not traveled away from their island continent. There is a fear of the beyond.

Housing - They live in small huts made of wood from the forests. They have several homes, one near the ocean and others throughout the land. The ones throughout the forest are smaller hunting huts. Their main homes are near the ocean.

Geography - Nonne is a kingdom with a bay in the south, and surrounded by mountains to the east and the north. In the west, there is a passage between the mountains through which a river flows down the sea.
Society - There are a variety of inhabitants with different social classes, races and religions.
Law - Nonne is a kingdom in which all decisions are made solely by approval of the king. He does have a council, but there is not a government as such. He has the final say in everything.
History - Nonne used to be non-magical, but around fifty years ago magic began to leak through from another plane. Since then, there have been a lot of advances, especially due to an increase in wizards from the other plane.
Inhabitants - Originally Nonne was home to humans, elves, half-orcs and dwarves. Nowadays, there are also tieflings from the other plane, half-elves fleeing from bandits beyond the mountains, and halflings from across the sea.
Technology - Nonne is a fantasy world, so technology is a bit inconsistent with the historical Earth timeline. More of their "technology" is powered by magic, so electricity isn't a thing, for example.
Religion - There are a few different gods who are recognised in Nonne, and most of the inhabitants agree that they probably all exist, but are still generally loyal to the one associated with their hometown/race. Elves believe more in the idea of Mother Nature, and the half-orcs associate more with a god similar to Mars in Roman mythology.
Food - Food has become a bit of a problem since the influx in residents, especially as the half-elves were fleeing bandits who destroyed many of the fields where food used to be grown and imported to Nonne.
Transportation - Although some of the more advanced wizards can use spells to fly or transport instantly, most citizens use horses or simply walk. Nonne is quite a small kingdom, so you can travel across it in a cart within a few days.
Culture - Nonne has always been very multicultural, so everyone is quite respectful of each other
Tradition - There didn't use to be many traditions inclusive of all of Nonne, but since the dawn of magic, children are now screened at eight years old to see whether they should attend magic or regular school.
Belief Systems - Beliefs vary depending on which god is seen as the main one in a citizen's region, but generally, beliefs include multiple gods, equality, life after death, and doing things for the greater good.
Locale - Other than the half-elves who came through the mountain passage, Nonne does not regularly get many visitors. Some halflings travel from across the sea, and some magic folk have moved from the other plane, but since the initial hype died down, immigration and tourism have been fairly quiet.
Housing - Housing is mostly wooden in the towns, but the dwarves generally live in the cavern system within the mountains, as do some of the half-orcs. There are some stone buildings, such as temples and the king's castle.
