There's no doubting my house. 'Wit and learning' - that's me! I've been told a million times I epitomise what Ravenclaw is, as if my obssession with study and knowledge and my many bookcases isn't enough to tell you! I love being a Ravenclaw, more than anything; I'm very proud to be one of Rowena's chosen ones. :D

I love a chance to use my creativity, to think outside the box and learn something new. To this end, I love to play with my graphics programmes, I love to RP and I love to play the piano and sing. I can usually be found writing something, be it a RP post, a story, or a song. What I create defines who I am, I think.

always.busy

When I'm not on HEX, I have plenty to keep my little mind occupied. As I've already mentioned, I love to play my piano, learning songs and pieces that others have written, as well as composing some of my own. One day I'll finish my book and record my album!

I love to read, as many people here do, and my tastes are quite eclectic. Obviously, Harry Potter is a close favourite, but I love all sorts of things that are funny, have a mystery to solve, and have a happy ending. I can't stand sad endings; we have enough of them in real life, we don't need them in fiction too.

I enjoy TV too, with similar criteria to my reading habits! Particular favourites of mine include CSI, Murder She Wrote, Chuck, Psych, Columbo, Stargate SG-1 and Star Trek: Voyager.

I love to have a laugh. When I'm in a group, I'm always the one having everyone else in stiches. I'm not sure that really translates well onto the Internet, but I think I still manage to make other people smile. :)

OMG I couldn't cope in life without my friends, and here on HEX things are no different. I couldn't possibly put you guys in an order, or hope to say everything you mean to me, so I'll stick with some names for now. :)

Marie - I love Marie to pieces. If I want to have a moan or a laugh, either way, she's always here for me. I know that the second I log on she'll be there, glomping me. :D Her RPing is top notch and I love to write with her, and I think she understands me in a way few manage!

Sasha - My right-hand girl in the RP Room. What would I do without you? Always full of enthusiasm, she has some great ideas. :)

Kelly - Another girl who seems to understand me so well! I've worked with Kel since her first term on staff, and she's just gone on to bigger and better things ever since. Like me, she loves Ravenclaw with a passion. I know I can always count on her for advice, a shoulder to cry on, or just a chat. One day we'll both be published authors, hmm? :D

Jenna - You epitomise Ravenclaw, and I love you to pieces. Whether it's your enthusiasm for learning or your everlasting creativity, I know you'll always keep surprising me and reminding me why you're awesome. Never stop being you, my dear. :)

Anyone who RPs will know that after a while your favourite characters, the ones you play the most, become a part of you. This might seem a little nutty to those of you who don't write, but I promise you it's not all that odd; like anything you put a lot of thought into; a painting, a story, a song; your characters mean a lot to you. So, here's a couple of my nearest and dearest. ;)

Liandra Jones - Not a HP character at all, but I love her muchly all the same. Lia is headstrong, sarcastic and a little jaded from the experiences of her life, but deep down she's still the funloving, impulsive girl she was when she was younger. She's also XO of a starship, and learning to love again. She'll marry Greg before long and they'll live happily ever after. <3

Jane Andrews - seventh year Ravenclaw, marauder's era, terminally unlucky in love, terminally unlucky in a lot of things! Strong, witty and intelligent inside, she shines like a star when she gets the chance.

Dax Dyer - sixth year Slytherin, marauder's era, wants to rule the world! Calculating and cold, but with an inner morality that governs everything he does, he has a unique perspective on the world, and a plan for his future that doesn't involve servitude to anyone.
