Extra about the Chamber

Yes I did open it. lol

Chambers has been closed

Thank you for everyone who has participated. The Chamber of Secrets has been closed.

To solve the quest this is what you had to do.

1. Goto http://hexrpg.com/diaryoftmr.html and talk to the diary. The keywords were "who opened" and after that "i hear more"

2. Then when you goto Hagrid's hut you would then would be able to read about how Hagrid was taken away and then you'd be able to talk to Aragog.

3. The keywords when talking to Aragog are "you monster?" and "attack"

4. After you talk to Aragog you would receive a random event about a flooding bathroom.

5. You then goto http://hexrpg.com/bathroom.html and when you click on the urinal closest to the sink it gives you a link to the chambers.

6. Once in the chambers you then must "run" from the Basilisk, then "slash" and then "stab" in that order and you would receive Tom Riddles Diary.

7. Then you go in your inventory and stab the diary. You then receive your houses sword.

You can no longer receive a prize for winning. If you tried to stab the diary and it said the action was being worked on then you were too late.

Report Bad Users !

To help us staff out, we would apperciate if you would report any bad users through here:

All you have to do is, tell us the bad users username, and give us the addresses to the forum/store/owls etc. of where he/she is being bad. The address meaning what appears in your address bar when you see the user doing something bad. Then you tell us why you are reporting the user. Thats all you do! If 5 address spaces is not enough, just submit another form. This would help us a ton!!!

News

Okay everyone, here is some news:

-Yes, sign up has been closed. I'm sorry but we need to get on our larger server to allow any more users. The server we are on right now can't handle it. I reassure you that sign up will be back up in early January.

-There is now a House Admin for each house. The house admin does this: They help the common room run better on HEX, answer any HEX related questions, creates pages on HEX so you don't have to host them somewhere else, uploads images onto HEX, and much more. The admin for your common room is there to make life easier.

-Our server messed up earlier today, we aren't sure why, but it did. There were form problems, and it was lagging. These problems appear to be fixed. Thank you for your patience.

Falsifying credibility

It has come to my attention that some people use the names of the admins etc. to persuade people to make trades. Please DO NOT just take their word for it. Find out whom they claim to know and contact the person. If they don’t give a name (or one of us doesn’t write back), make sure to contact ALL of us before proceeding on with the deal. Most of the time they don’t know us and are just saying that to con you. If you do not know one of us, do not use tactics like that to obtain things or else we may be forced to expel you. Attention students signing up on multiple accounts to get around being petrified. This is totaly against the rules, the extra accounts will be deleted, from this point on anyone caught doing this will have 50% of their money fined and their house will lose 10 points.

I would like everyone to stay calm. We are working as fast as we can to catch the culprit in these horrible attacks. Have no fear they will be brought to justice!

ATTACK! ATTACK! NO MORTAL OR GHOST IS SAFE! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES ATTAAAAAAACK!

As you all know that the writing says that the Chambers of Secrets have been open. We are trying to find a way to get rid of the writing as we all know that the Chambers are just a legend.

However, a person has been attacked. There is no evidence that these are related. The person attacked was rebkos. She will be revived once we finish brewing our Mandrake Potion. All students should remain calm and do not worry. Whatever happened to rebkos will not be repeated.

Rebkos was found holding a strange book. If ANYONE has any information on what it is or who it belongs to please report it.

Chamber Of Secrets

I would like everyone to calm down about this silly Chamber of Secrets. HEX has been searched a dozen times over for the stupid thing and its no where to be found. This is obviously some silly prank, so please remain calm :D

We've been on the net for around 1 year so far. We created this site for the Harry Potter fans around the world to have fun meeting each other, and we created it for fun, as well as to learn how to manage a site. We've learnt a lot of stuffs building this system and we're still learning.

We apologize on any mistakes that we've made and mistakes that we'll make in the future (being a part of learning). We're only able to work on this site during our free time, so your co-operation is required and very important for us to keep up this site.

Owls and Friends

I'll read my owls (8 pages in total) when I've time later, but please keep in mind that I will not reply to those common questions that can be found on the FAQ or questions that I'm not able to answer.

I can't accept hundreds of hogwarts friends every month (I'll have a huge list if I accept everyone). That's why I denied to those who requested for and I'm no longer accept any requests. You can still owl me if you wish to be my friend, but I'll only reply to those 'friendly' owls. I'll read all the owls, but I'll not reply to all of them.

Owlposts

All owlposts beyond 5 pages or older than a month will be deleted from the system on Monday, Dec 16. You can help us by deleting them yourself. That'll save some works for us ! Thanks.

How to prevent being scammed.

1. Only use the give money and give item to a user if you are giving them to the user and are not expecting anything back. Trading like this is an easy way to get scammed because some will not give you anything in return.

2. Never use your username and password except for on the login page. If the url is not http://hex.vpod.net/login.html then it is a fake login page and the person who created it will receive your password.
