Daily Prophet - June 2013 
After a three month hiatus, the Daily Prophet makes its triumphant return! We have brand new writers, and a brand new layout. Dive on in and read about Ari the Squib, the news from Inside Azkaban, the crazy things Muggles say about Harry Potter, and much more! Ever wondered how to get a job at the Ministry of Magic? Well, here are a few job openings that might suit your skills.
Summertime is approaching, and while the House teams are enjoying their well deserved vacation, the Department of Magical Games and Sports are recruiting more employees to prepare for next season.
Yes, you heard it right. Kingsley, Hoochiemama and Lockhart are looking for new colleagues to share the latest goss- their prodigious skill. Of course, aside from their expertise, you get compensation/salary for your efforts--it is a job after all, and mind you, Ludo Bagman pays well.
So do you think you have skills? Click on the links to become the next Debate Judge, Quidditch Referee or Dueling Master.
We are also looking for ideas for future debate topics, so if you have any, please owl them to Chris, whether you are applying or not. If your idea is picked, you will be given proper credit for it as we really appreciate your input.

Elections have started for all four houses and it's time to begin campaigning for your spot on house staff. Head on over to your Common Room to read the rules and guidelines and begin your search for the users who are most qualified to run your house the next six months.
