Endlessly Eloquent

If I were conforming to what the rest of the world seems to like to do, this would be the place where I talked about all of my HEX friends, how I met them, their impact on my life, etc. Instead, I’ve linked you to them at the top. Because I’m lazy. That’s the first thing you’re going to need to learn about me, after all.

I am lazy.

To the right you will find what I lovingly call “The Hoard, copyright 2006-2008.” This selection of items from my inventory showcases my love for items. All that glitters is gold and in my inventory, and if it isn’t? I’d like it to be. Beautiful, rare, and delicious pixels are the key to my heart and representative of my greed. My deadly sin? Avarice.

I am greedy.

Next, you can learn about my HEXlife. I’m a very active part of HEX, being a member of the Slytherin Staff for the second time (and with the Slytherin staff, having done such things as the Valentine’s Masquerade Massacre, the Suitor’s Ball, and helping win the IHC for Slytherin), I am a Global Moderator, a Contest Coordinator, write and edit for both the Daily Prophet and Quibbler, and am an Item Maker, as you may have guessed earlier. Needless to say, I do a lot. :D

I am busy.

Finally, it’s time to learn about my life. I’m a senior in high school right now, though that won’t be for long. I’m very apprehensive about the future, and if it were up to me, I would stay in high school forever. I’ll be going to Michigan State University in the fall where I will major in Professional Writing, and will minor (or double major; I have to talk to my advisor) in either French, Vocal Music, or Theatre. Also, I should be marching with the Spartan Marching Band on trumpet, as long as everything goes to plan. Auditions are in the summer.

I want to either write for a living (read: novels), become an awesome book editor, or perform on Broadway for the rest of my life. Some combination of the above would be great. My parents aren’t too pleased with my choices, but hey, I like the arts. They wanted me to go into Engineering of some kind, but I hate math and science—most of the time; Physics, Chemistry, and Trig are okay mostly—too much to go into it. I’m sure I would be able to do it, seeing as I pwn school, but still. If you’re doing it for the rest of your life, you want to be enjoying it, too. Neh?



Finally, I love grammar. Note: I will single-handedly purge the world of the grammatically-incompetent. I am your savior. Worship me by sending me presents.
